Cancellation Policy

I understand life happens and sometimes it is out for our control. However, anyone cancelling an appointment less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked. No call no shows will be charged 75% of your booked service. LATE ARRIVAL CLIENTS : because all of my appointments are tediously timed out, if you are 15 minutes or more late, you will be asked to reschedule for a later date. This applies to all appointments
